Gail's Chocolate Chip Cookie's
Gail's famous cookie recipe (aka Nestle Toll House Cookies)
Ingredients
- 1 cup- butter -softened
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. water
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. Baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups chips
Steps
- Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and water well
- Add in eggs
- Oil and flour baking pan.
- Spoon on baking sheet about 2"- 3'' apart
- Put cookie sheets on middle rack in oven
- Bake on 350 for 13 minutes but check after 8 minutes
